The BRIDGE Organizational Assessment Tool (BOAT) Online was designed to focus in and collect input on 5 areas of organizational social justice capacity based on the "Anatomy of Social Justice Organizations" as shown below:

- organizational strategies,
- sustainability,
- linkages and connections.
